• Your name, email address, photo, bio and sign-in link, straight away. You can’t sign back in to this account.
• Your optional details and onboarding answers, like your interests, relationship status and birthday, straight away.
• The devices we send notifications to, straight away.
• Your conversations, notes and saved passages. They are hidden at once, erased within 30 days, and gone from backups within a further 30 days.
• Analytics about you, which are deleted or de-identified.

• Purchases, receipts and payment records, for seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it. They are kept without your name or profile.
• Ministry Partner verification and payout records, for as long as the law requires, usually five to seven years.
• Messages you sent in fellowship rooms stay while the room exists, shown as from a former member. Delete any you want gone first.
• Support messages, for up to three years.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription you bought in the App Store or Google Play, and we can’t cancel it for you. Cancel it in the store first, so you aren’t charged again.
